Mingtai Aluminum’s Henan Mingsheng mill runs two CHUNHUA unmanned overhead cranes. Hefei Jingsong held the workshop and AGV package. The cranes are ours: one on the unloading bay, one on annealing.
Two bays, one control idea
Unloading: WMS inbound, scan truck and cargo, clamp the coil centre, set it on the AGV saddle. Annealing: six saddle stations on two conveyors, up to four coils on one annealing car, inbound after the furnace. Whole-machine positioning stays inside ±20 mm.
