Following a three-day recertification audit, Hefei Chunhua Hoisting Machinery’s quality management system was recertified to ISO 9001:2015 with zero non-conformances. Auditors singled out process traceability from drawing to dispatch, and the way we qualify and re-qualify suppliers for hydraulic and structural components.
That matters on a mill shutdown. A liner handler is not a catalogue crane. Every unit is built to a mill diameter, a liner mass and a control architecture. The QMS is how those choices stay repeatable when the next unit leaves Feidong for Chile, Western Australia or a domestic concentrator.
What was in scope
Design control, incoming inspection, welding and machining records, FAT protocols, packing and the service files that travel with the machine. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 were reviewed on the same visit — environment and occupational health sitting beside quality, not in a separate drawer.
