Six linked unmanned cranes cover Xingbang’s e-coat line

Hunan Xingbang’s Ningxiang plant coats steel components for aerial work platforms. Jiangsu Suli held the paint-line contract. CHUNHUA built the unmanned cranes over the tanks so the line does not pause between dips.

Fourteen stations, one clock

Load, pre-degrease, main degrease, rinses, ceramic conversion, drain, e-coat, UF, unload. Dispatch sets dwell per tank. The hoist tilts to drain. A monitor on the crane logs running state and flags the failed sub-system for remote watch.
