Keda Intelligent IoT took the high-bay. CHUNHUA built the three unmanned loading cranes on the truck end. The mill asked for a loading rate a floor crew could not hold by hand. The cell holds 70 cathode stacks an hour.
How the load runs
WMS writes the job. The crane travels to the cathode take-off, 3D-scans the stack and the structure around it, then grabs. Clamp lock feeds the warehouse controller. The same scan pack tells the crane where the truck wants the stack. Diagonal 3D safety radars — 270° × 90°, 30 m — stay live for the cycle.
