Hunan Xingbang Intelligent Equipment builds aerial work platforms in Ningxiang, Changsha — boom, scissor, spider, mast and truck-mount machines from 4 m to 58 m. Jiangsu Suli held the paint-line contract. CHUNHUA built the unmanned cranes over the e-coat tanks.
Six 3+3t-8.2mA5 cranes cover fourteen stations. Dispatch tells a crane when to pick up a load and how long each tank holds it. The six machines are linked so the line does not pause between tanks. The hoist can tilt to drain before the next dip. A monitor on the crane logs running state, flags the failed sub-system, and supports remote watch plus data export.

Load → pre-degrease → main degrease → rinse 1 → DI rinse 1 → ceramic conversion → DI rinse 2 → DI rinse 3 → drain → e-coat → UF1 → UF2 → DI rinse 4 → unload.
