What the auditors walked
Paint bay isolation, welding fume, lock-out on FAT, packing oil and the service files that travel with a machine. A liner handler is not a catalogue crane. The QMS is how a mill diameter and a liner mass stay repeatable when the next unit leaves for Chile or a domestic concentrator.
