Phase-II workshop takes annual capacity to 80 units

4,800 m² of new floor, two CNC machining centres and a dedicated paint and assembly bay — the campus now sits above 20,000 m² under roof.

Phase-II is open. 4,800 m² of new workshop — two CNC machining centres, a dedicated paint bay and an assembly line sized for JXS frames — takes annual output to 80 units and puts more than 20,000 m² under roof on the Feidong campus.

The constraint was not orders. It was bay time: a 6 T handler and a 1.5 T handler should not queue for the same paint booth. Phase-II splits that queue. Structural work, machining, paint and final assembly now run as a line instead of a bottleneck.

What the extra floor is for

Two new CNC centres take the large weldments that used to wait on a single cell. The paint bay is isolated so dust from fabrication does not sit on a finished boom. Assembly has space to stage a unit beside its hydraulic power pack and pendant crate — the same pack the site will open.

“Eighty units is a planning number. The real change is that a Chile machine and a domestic 3000 no longer share a paint slot.”

What it means for a mill drawing

Lead time is still set by hydraulics, controls and the mill’s own freeze date. What Phase-II removes is the wait we used to own. See how the plant is laid out, or walk the factory photos.
