Shenhuo Group is a Shangqiu municipal SOE — coal, power, alumina, aluminium and foil. Its listed arm, Henan Shenhuo Coal & Power, has been on the Shenzhen exchange since 1999. Shangqiu Sunshine Aluminum, a Shenhuo subsidiary, built a 55 kt/a battery-foil blank mill. CHUNHUA took the unmanned crane.
The machine is a QD25t-28.5mA6 on the south first bay of the cold-rolling shop. It is a control-room crane: nobody rides it. A telescopic aluminum-coil clamp and a 3D scan find the lift centre on every coil.
What it moves
Warehouse interface to the cold-mill conveyor. Cold mill to the trimmer storage table. Cold mill to the annealing transfer table. The program sets the path; the crane scans, grabs, travels, and sets down. Before a set-down it checks whether the saddle is already occupied. If it is, the crane stops and alarms. Positioning stays inside ±20 mm.
