The volume line that funds the plant — and the discipline behind every mill-relining build.
Feidong campus · Two plants
A mill shutdown does not wait on a factory calendar. This plant is sized — and scheduled — to meet that clock.

Walk the plantHow steel becomes a liner handler
Vertical integration from plate cutting to factory acceptance — so an export order does not wait on a third-party bay.
Fiber laser cutting systems prepare plate and section to drawing.
CNC gantry boring and milling centres hold the fits a mill crew depends on.
H-beam 3D drilling lines put holes where the assembly drawing says they go.
Robotic welding cells sit beside the bays that still need a fitter’s eye.
Manipulators, bolt rams and transporters come together as a relining set.
Every unit takes a factory acceptance test before it is packed for the mill.
Annual output
Hoisting volume keeps the campus busy. Mill relining equipment is built in scheduled batches — reserve a slot early for a large shutdown.

Mill reline manipulators

JXS series
Custom-built 1,500–6,000 kg machines. Peak output expands with advance scheduling.
Bolt hammers

MC series
Hydraulic rams produced alongside dedicated power units for each mine specification.
Cumulative revenue exceeded RMB 1 billion over the past three years.
Mining equipment focus
Two products carry the mill-relining name abroad: the Mill Reline Manipulator and the MC series bolt hammer. Both are built here, tested here, and shipped with the tools a shutdown crew actually uses.
R&D from 2008; first unit in 2009. Now a 6th-generation 7-axis design — utility model patent ZL201120333358.8 — in rail-mounted or wheeled configurations.
Impact force up to 2,500 on the MC3-250C. Recoilless knock-out so liner bolts come free without taking the operator with them.
Core technologies
Three decisions we will not bury inside the boom or leave as a cost option — because a mill shutdown does not forgive either.
Utility model ZL201120333358.8
On a conventional liner handler the telescopic cylinder sits inside the three-section boom. A leak or a worn seal means taking the boom apart — a full day of mill time.
We put the cylinder outside. Four bolts, the cylinder out, a seal or a spare in. Production is moving again in two hours, not a day of disassembly.
2 hours to swap a cylinder · 4 bolts · not a three-section teardown
Liner path
An SEW three-in-one drive motor and a chain-driven trolley. Chain does not slip and does not roll back. A liner that hits the shell on the way in is a six-figure repair — wire rope wears and snaps; this is why we specified chain.
Standard, not optional
Equipment can be repaired. People cannot. Four layers ship on every unit:
