About Us
Hefei Chunhua Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 and officially registered in 2003, headquartered in Feidong Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. As a national high-tech enterprise and a leading special equipment manufacturer in Anhui Province, the company has a registered capital of RMB 289 million.
Two plants cover a total area of 130 mu (approx. 8.7 hectares), with a factory floor area of 73,000 square meters. We employ over 450 staff, including 36 technical personnel and 5 senior engineers. R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, installation and after-sales run as one system. Our business spans bridge and gantry cranes, intelligent parking systems, port machinery and mining equipment — with the Mill Reline Manipulator and Bolt Hammer as flagship products for large domestic and international mines.

A purpose-built machine for liner replacement in SAG mills and ball mills. The main beam combines a traveling section with a telescopic boom that extends into the mill shell. Powered by hydraulics, it performs dismantling and assembly with a liner transport cart — a closed loop from worn liners out to new liners in.
R&D began in 2008. The first unit was delivered in 2009 and has run stably ever since. After four generations of upgrades we now build the sixth-generation seven-axis manipulator: greater flexibility, wider coverage, rail-mounted or wheeled travel, utility model patent ZL201120333358.8, and certification by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Copper, Aluminum, and Zinc Products.
